Who you are
You have a proven track record in social media management, with at least 5 years of experience in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness. Your growth-hacking mindset allows you to identify opportunities for reaching new customer segments, particularly in the AI space. You are adept at managing multiple social channels, including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring that content is engaging and aligned with brand messaging.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Your ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Product Marketing, and Communications, ensures that all social media efforts are cohesive and impactful. You are also comfortable exploring innovative formats to tell compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Snyk's social media channels, overseeing the content calendar and ensuring that all posts align with the company's brand voice and objectives. You will lead initiatives to enhance Snyk's global brand presence, engaging key audiences and highlighting advancements in AI. Your strategic approach will involve identifying where to invest resources to maximize reach and engagement.
You will collaborate with the Brand, Product Marketing, and Communications teams to create content that not only informs but also inspires action among your audience. By analyzing social media metrics, you will continuously refine strategies to improve performance and drive growth. Your role will also involve staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Snyk remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
