What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager for the DocV product, you will lead a team of 7–10 engineers, overseeing their work and ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will cultivate a high-performance culture, encouraging collaboration and innovation within the team.

You will guide the technical direction of the DocV product, making strategic decisions that align with the company's mission to build trust in digital transactions. Your insights will shape product strategy and influence the development of solutions that ensure the authenticity and accuracy of identity documents.

You will be hands-on in your leadership approach, actively participating in technical discussions and providing mentorship to your team members. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial as you advocate for your team's needs and achievements.

You will work closely with product managers and other engineering teams to ensure that the DocV product meets customer requirements and delivers a seamless user experience. Your collaboration will extend beyond your team, as you engage with cross-functional partners to drive product success.
