You understand the importance of filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) when warranted and are committed to maintaining compliance standards.

What you'll do

As an AML Compliance Senior Specialist at SoFi, you will be responsible for conducting independent reviews of potential suspicious activities. You will analyze alerts generated from both manual and automated transaction monitoring systems to determine their relevance and risk level. Your investigations will support the decision-making process regarding SAR filings, ensuring that all determinations are well-supported and documented.

You will conduct Continuing Activity Reviews based on previously filed SARs, assessing whether ongoing activities warrant further investigation. Your role will involve collaborating with other compliance team members to share findings and develop strategies for improving compliance processes. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance the team's understanding of AML regulations and best practices.
