Fraud Quality Assurance Analyst • Mid-Level

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) analysis and process for assigned SoFi Operations business units. You will develop and implement a QAT strategy that includes focus areas, testing methodology, standards, and procedures. You will conduct random and targeted testing as needed, ensuring that all necessary checks are completed before approval is given to deployment teams. Your responsibilities will also include reporting and analyzing QA results to provide insights that support business decision-making. You will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with SoFi's policies and procedures, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Fraud Operations divisions.
