You have a strong background in fraud operations and quality assurance, with experience in monitoring compliance and decision-making processes. You understand the importance of adhering to state and federal laws and regulations, and you are skilled at building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You are proactive in supporting fraud operations and have a keen understanding of current fraud and risk policies. What you'll do
As a Fraud Quality Assurance Specialist at SoFi, you will monitor inbound and outbound calls as well as fraud reviews to assess quality and compliance. You will conduct evaluations of alerts and cases related to personal loans, banking, investment, and credit card products. Your role will involve diagnosing and correcting issues while documenting risks and problems using established quality assurance practices. You will collaborate closely with the Fraud Operations team and third-party vendors to ensure that all processes align with SoFi's policies and regulatory requirements.
You will keep informed of current fraud and risk policies, ensuring that your evaluations reflect the latest standards. Building effective relationships with internal and external partners will be key to your success in this role. You will also participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing your insights to enhance the overall quality of fraud operations.
