What you'll do

As a Senior Internal Auditor at SoFi, you will be responsible for executing audits across various departments, including SoFi Bank and SoFi Technologies. You will identify and analyze risks, plan and prioritize audit work, and conduct process interviews to document and analyze procedures and controls. Your role will involve performing audit tests and preparing or reviewing workpapers to ensure compliance with audit standards. You will also coach team members on audit testing methodologies, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.

In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive time-sensitive deliverables, ensuring that audits are completed efficiently and effectively. Your insights will help SoFi grow safely and smartly, making you a key player in the organization's strategic initiatives. You will participate in discussions about audit findings and recommendations, contributing to the overall improvement of processes and controls within the company.
