What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the Internal Audit team in achieving departmental objectives by conducting audits across different products and processes, including Banking, Lending, and Compliance. You will identify and analyze risks, plan and prioritize audit work, and conduct interviews to gather necessary information. Your responsibilities will also include observing operations and documenting findings to ensure compliance with audit standards.

You will collaborate with various departments to provide insights and recommendations that support SoFi's growth while ensuring safety and compliance. Your role as a strategic partner will involve not just checking boxes but actively contributing to the organization's success. You will be expected to communicate findings effectively and work with stakeholders to implement necessary changes based on your audit results.
