What you'll do

As the Associate Manager, Originations, you will independently manage a team of up to 15 Originations Specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that your team follows procedures and provides exceptional service to SoFi members. You will set clear objectives and motivate your team to achieve performance goals, while also driving business and process changes to enhance the member experience. You will gain a deep understanding of the application process, which will enable you to support your team effectively as they encounter new trends and challenges.
