You have a proven track record in managing teams, particularly in the financial services sector. Your experience includes leading teams of 15-20 individuals, ensuring that they meet service level agreements and key performance indicators. You are passionate about coaching and developing your team members, helping them grow in their roles and improve their interactions with customers. You understand the importance of a positive employee experience and are committed to fostering a supportive work environment.
You possess strong analytical skills that allow you to identify improvement opportunities within the loan review process. You are adept at monitoring workloads and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting organizational goals. What you'll do
In this role, you will independently manage a team of loan reviewers, overseeing their daily operations and ensuring that they meet established service level agreements.
