You are a detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Manager with a strong focus on executing and optimizing multi-channel communications. What you'll do
In this role, you will execute, refine, and optimize multi-channel communications that help learners start, stick with, and succeed on DataCamp. You will partner with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to develop campaign strategies while fully owning the execution of the test-learn-optimize roadmap. Your responsibilities will include managing the newsletter and blast calendar, ensuring that all communications are engaging and effective.
You will analyze campaign performance and user engagement metrics to inform future strategies, turning insights into actionable programs across email, mobile push, web push, and in-app notifications. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in driving user acquisition and retention, and you will work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and branding across all channels.
