Who you are
You have experience in loan processing or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of compliance regulations such as TILA and RESPA. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring that all loan documentation is handled accurately and within required timelines. Your communication skills allow you to effectively collaborate with internal partners and external agencies, ensuring smooth operations in the loan setup process.
What you'll do
As a Loan Setup Analyst, you will enforce Lock Desk policies and assist internal partners with various loan-related tasks, including loan re-disclosure and case number transfers. You will monitor shared email inboxes to manage appraisal orders and ensure timely disclosures to borrowers. Your role will involve processing underwriting conditions and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the loan setup process.
