What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy and roadmap for SoFi's home loans local market sales team — you'll define the vision and ensure that the product aligns with the overall business objectives. You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, ensuring that local sales professionals are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed.

You will be responsible for launching new initiatives that enhance customer engagement and streamline the home-buying process — this includes gathering insights from users and stakeholders to continuously iterate on the product offering.
