You are a data-driven and user-centric Senior Product Manager with a strong focus on optimizing end-to-end processes. With experience in managing product lifecycles, you understand how to enhance member experiences and drive revenue growth through rigorous A/B and multivariate testing. You have a proven track record of driving innovative functionality that disrupts competitors and differentiates offerings in the financial services sector. What you'll do
In this role, you will own and optimize the home loan origination funnel across digital experiences. You will be responsible for driving home loan originations by reducing friction, increasing application completions, and accelerating funding rates. Your work will involve conducting A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and enhancements, ensuring that the product meets the needs of users while achieving business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, user research, marketing, operations, finance, risk, legal, and compliance teams to set a product roadmap that aligns with strategic goals. Your insights will help shape the product's direction and ensure that it remains competitive in the market. You will also analyze user feedback and data to inform product decisions and iterate on features based on performance metrics.
