What you'll do
In this role, you will own the strategy and roadmap for the Bank Platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of both consumer and commercial banking products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, risk, treasury, finance, compliance, and operations teams to ensure the platform scales effectively with the business. You will lead initiatives to enhance ledger management, payments orchestration, and account services, driving efficiency and reliability across the organization. You will be responsible for defining key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of the platform and its impact on product delivery. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features, ensuring alignment with market demands and user needs. Your role will be critical in shaping the future of banking at SoFi, and you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop other product managers within the organization.
