You have a proven track record in fraud prevention and detection, with extensive experience managing teams and driving operational excellence. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively oversee Fraud Managers and Specialists, ensuring that all determinations are appropriate and well-supported. You understand the importance of collaboration with other teams, including AML, Legal, and Compliance, to maintain high standards in fraud prevention. You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a direct impact on the organization and its members.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a team of specialty Fraud Managers and Fraud Prevention and Detection Specialists, guiding them in conducting independent reviews and analyses of potential fraudulent activities. You will be responsible for driving execution plans across different products, ensuring a consistent member experience while adhering to investigation standards. Your collaboration with other Fraud Operation teams will be crucial in enhancing the first line of defense against fraud. You will also play a key role in developing strategies that align with the company's mission to reshape personal finance for its members.
