Job Description
Who you are
You have a Master's degree in a related field and extensive experience managing fraud operations, ideally with a global or distributed team across multiple time zones. Your professional certifications such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) or CFCI (Certified Financial Crimes Investigator) demonstrate your commitment to excellence in this field. You are well-versed in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies, which you have applied to enhance operational efficiency in previous roles. Your ability to manage vendor relationships and tooling budgets for a fraud operations team showcases your strategic thinking and operational acumen.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Fraud Operations, you will govern the end-to-end fraud operations lifecycle, ensuring that the integrity and security of the platform are maintained as the company scales globally. You will champion a high-performance culture by building, mentoring, and leading a world-class team of fraud investigators and analysts. Your role will involve driving strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing fraud detection, prevention, and response capabilities, including the implementation of new technologies and methodologies. You will serve as the key operational liaison to Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Finance teams, ensuring that fraud risk is a shared responsibility across the organization. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of critical thinking, continuous improvement, and accountability within your team.
