What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for setting the vision for SoFi's Marketing and Ads Technology platforms. You will identify opportunities for improvement and define the member and marketer experiences that will drive engagement and retention. Your strategic mindset will guide you in setting ambitious goals for your team, and you will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure successful execution.

You will lead the development of features that enhance the effectiveness of SoFi's marketing efforts, leveraging data and insights to inform your decisions. Your ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams will be crucial as you work to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our members.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of your products and making data-driven adjustments as necessary. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and to gather feedback that will inform future iterations.
