Who you are
You are an experienced Senior Paralegal with a strong background in legal operations. You have a proven track record of leveraging technology to enhance attorney efficiency and streamline workflows. Your attention to detail and proactive approach enable you to partner effectively with attorneys, finance teams, and external vendors. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with departmental processes. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to oversee legal spend and vendor management efficiently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a central hub for operations within the legal department, identifying and driving improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. You will incorporate AI and other legal technologies to streamline workflows across the department. Your responsibilities will include managing legal vendor relationships, overseeing legal spend, and ensuring compliance with departmental processes. You will collaborate closely with attorneys and finance teams to ensure that the Legal Department operates efficiently and within budget. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of the legal operations and support the overall mission of SoFi.
