Crusoe is seeking a Senior Transactional & Corporate Paralegal to support the Finance team in debt finance and mergers & acquisitions. This role requires significant experience in high-volume transactional practices and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the AI sector.
Job Description
Who you are
You have significant experience as a paralegal, particularly in transactional and corporate law, with a focus on debt finance and mergers & acquisitions. Your attention to detail and organizational skills enable you to thrive in a high-volume deal environment, ensuring that all administrative workflows are centralized and efficient. You are proactive and can manage complex loan transactions while maintaining essential corporate governance. You enjoy collaborating with outside counsel and finance teams to facilitate smooth deal processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the administrative and logistical aspects of the deal lifecycle, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and organized. You will collaborate closely with outside counsel and the finance team to manage closing checklists, signature packets, and officerβs certificates. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating due diligence efforts and ensuring that all aspects of the transaction are handled efficiently and effectively. You will play a critical role in centralizing workflows and managing closing logistics across the organization, contributing to the overall success of Crusoe's financial operations.
