You are proactive and can manage complex loan transactions while maintaining essential corporate governance. You enjoy collaborating with outside counsel and finance teams to facilitate smooth deal processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the administrative and logistical aspects of the deal lifecycle, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and organized. You will collaborate closely with outside counsel and the finance team to manage closing checklists, signature packets, and officer’s certificates. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating due diligence efforts and ensuring that all aspects of the transaction are handled efficiently and effectively. You will play a critical role in centralizing workflows and managing closing logistics across the organization, contributing to the overall success of Crusoe's financial operations.
