SoFi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for member account safety experiences. You'll focus on authentication and safety features while balancing security and user experience. This role requires strong product management skills and experience in financial services.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the financial services sector, where you've successfully led product initiatives that enhance user experience while ensuring security. Your ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential, as is your understanding of user needs and behaviors. You are adept at balancing the tension between security and user experience, ensuring that safety features feel like valuable enhancements rather than obstacles. Your strong analytical skills allow you to make data-driven decisions that positively impact user engagement and satisfaction.
Desirable
Experience with authentication systems and multi-factor authentication is a plus, as is familiarity with user experience design principles. You thrive in environments that require innovative thinking and problem-solving, and you are comfortable working with technical teams to implement solutions that enhance safety without compromising user experience.
