What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Scribd, you will own the product roadmap for one of our key offerings, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features that drive user engagement and satisfaction. You will lead product discovery efforts, conducting user interviews and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement. Your role will involve coordinating with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features that align with our strategic goals.

You will also be responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product area and regularly reporting on performance to stakeholders. Your insights will guide product iterations and inform future development cycles. You will facilitate sprint planning sessions and ensure that the team is aligned on priorities and deliverables. Additionally, you will engage with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate product value to our users.
