What you'll do

In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping the core experiences for SoFi's members — your responsibilities will include designing and implementing new features that enhance the home screen and other critical functionalities. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to ensure that the engineering solutions align with user needs and business objectives. Your role will also involve improving system architecture, squashing bugs, and optimizing performance. You will lead code reviews, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. As a senior engineer, you will be expected to take ownership of projects from inception to deployment, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality.
