What you'll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the core experiences of SoFi's platform — your responsibilities will include designing and implementing systems that power the home screen and other key features. You will collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to ensure that the engineering initiatives align with user needs and business objectives.

You will lead efforts to improve system architecture, squash bugs, and enhance the overall performance of the platform. Your technical expertise will be crucial in mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

You will also be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from initial design discussions to deployment and post-launch monitoring. Your contributions will directly impact the way users interact with personal finance, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
