Overview

SolarWinds is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow business within the U.S. Army territory. You'll develop tactical sales opportunities and build strong relationships with Army customers. This role requires collaboration with the Core Sales Team and a focus on account expansion.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at SolarWinds, you will be responsible for managing, retaining, and closing business within your assigned U.S. Army territory. You will develop and execute tactical sales opportunities across Army installations and programs, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing Army customers will be a key part of your role, as you work to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

You will collaborate closely with the Core Sales Team to drive account strategy and execution, leveraging market insights and Army-specific intelligence to inform your approach. Your ability to identify and pursue account expansion and new business opportunities will be crucial in achieving success in this role. You will also be expected to provide tactical support to your team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
