What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to enhancing the Developer Experience for SolarWinds' Observability Platform. You will oversee the development and implementation of tools and templates that simplify the development process. Your focus will be on improving CI/CD workflows and ensuring that testing automation is robust and effective. You will work closely with global engineering teams to ensure that our cloud-native services are reliable, scalable, and performant.

You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Developer Experience and Site Reliability Engineering teams, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of the organization. You will guide your team in building innovative solutions that address the needs of developers and improve their productivity. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team.

You will also engage with other departments to understand their needs and how your team can support them. By building strong relationships across the organization, you will help to create a unified approach to developer experience and site reliability. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends and best practices, bringing new ideas and technologies to the team.
