What you'll do

As a Senior UX Designer at SolarWinds, you will lead the design efforts for the Network Infrastructure Observability platform, ensuring that user experiences are intuitive and effective. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design specifications. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate design concepts, as well as creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will be responsible for presenting your designs to stakeholders and incorporating feedback to refine your work. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their roles. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the product and the satisfaction of our users.
