What you'll do
As a Coach at Solidcore, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute classes, focusing on full-body workouts that are low-impact yet challenging. You will educate clients on the proper use of our resistance-based machines, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their fitness journey. Your role will involve providing motivation and encouragement to clients of all skill levels, helping them push through their workouts while maintaining a focus on safety and effectiveness. You will also participate in our comprehensive training program, which is designed to equip you with the skills necessary to deliver exceptional coaching and support.
