Overview
NeuroPace is hiring an Associate Therapy Consultant to expand the clinical practice for epilepsy care. You'll work with healthcare professionals to promote NeuroPace’s RNS® System. This role is based in Austin, TX.

You possess a strong ability to engage with clinical teams, including epileptologists, neurologists, and neurosurgeons, to promote innovative medical solutions. Your creativity and energy are essential as you work to develop new accounts and grow existing business in the Austin territory.
You understand the importance of collaboration and communication in a healthcare setting, and you are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of people suffering from epilepsy. You are comfortable navigating complex discussions with both clinical and economic stakeholders, ensuring that the benefits of the RNS System are clearly articulated.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist in setting an aggressive sales strategy aimed at developing new accounts while also nurturing existing relationships. You will engage with a variety of healthcare professionals to educate them about the RNS System and its benefits for patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting presentations, providing product demonstrations, and addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.
