What you'll do

As a solidcore coach, you will lead clients through intense, full-body, low-impact classes designed to challenge and inspire. You will educate clients on the use of resistance-based machines, guiding them through workouts that push their limits while ensuring safety and effectiveness. Your role will involve motivating clients, providing personalized feedback, and fostering a sense of community within the class.

You will participate in a highly selective training program that emphasizes individualized support and feedback, allowing you to develop your coaching skills and build strong relationships with clients and fellow coaches.
