What you'll do
As a Coach at Solidcore, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute classes, focusing on full-body, low-impact workouts. Your role involves educating clients on the proper use of resistance-based machines, ensuring they feel confident and empowered during their workouts. You will provide personalized attention to each client, fostering a supportive and motivating atmosphere in small group settings. Your responsibilities will include monitoring client progress, offering feedback, and creating an inspiring environment that encourages community engagement.
