You have a proven track record of coaching classes and developing talent within your team, ensuring that all coaches meet the high standards set by the studio. What you'll do
As the Head Coach & Community Manager, you will be responsible for coaching an average of twelve classes per week, ensuring that each session delivers a best-in-class experience for participants. You will set the standards for other coaches to aspire to, role modeling the qualities of an exceptional coach. Your responsibilities will include providing high-level coach development, giving consistent feedback, and supporting new coach training in the studio.
You will work closely with the Area Manager to support the studio's success and contribute to [solidcore]'s mission of being the fastest growing boutique fitness studio. Your role will involve fostering a positive community atmosphere, engaging with clients, and ensuring that the studio meets its operational goals. You will also be involved in marketing initiatives to promote the studio and its offerings, helping to drive growth and engagement within the community.
