You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable handling front desk responsibilities while supporting the Head Coach and Community Manager. Your professionalism and patience shine through in every interaction, ensuring that customers feel welcomed and valued.
You have a knack for sales and understand the importance of promoting the studio effectively. Your ability to connect with the community and generate interest in the studio's offerings is key to your success in this role. You are adaptable and can manage varying hours based on the studio's schedule and needs.
What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing front desk support and ensuring a smooth check-in process. You will assist in administrative tasks and contribute to the overall operations of the studio. Your role will involve generating sales by promoting memberships and classes, helping to drive the studio's success.
You will work closely with the Head Coach and Community Manager to create a positive atmosphere for both staff and customers.
