Your ability to work collaboratively with the Head Coach and Community Manager is essential for success in this role.
What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be responsible for providing front desk support, which includes greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing administrative tasks. You will also play a key role in generating sales by promoting the studio and its offerings. Your contributions will directly impact the studio's success, as you will be the first point of contact for clients and help create a positive experience. You will work closely with the Head Coach and Community Manager to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
