What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be responsible for providing front desk support, which includes greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth check-in process. You will assist the Head Coach and Community Manager with administrative tasks and contribute to sales efforts by promoting studio offerings. Your role is crucial in delivering a positive experience for clients, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed. You will engage with the community, helping to foster a supportive environment that encourages participation and loyalty.
