Solidcore is hiring a Core Crew member to provide front desk and sales support. You'll contribute to the studio's success by generating sales and delivering a positive customer experience. This is a part-time position based in Cranston, RI.

What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be responsible for providing front desk support, which includes greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing studio operations. You will assist in generating sales by promoting studio memberships and services, ensuring that every client has a positive experience from the moment they walk in. Your role will also involve administrative tasks that support the Head Coach and Community Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency of the studio.
You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client engagement and retention. By actively promoting the studio's offerings, you will help drive sales and contribute to the studio's growth.
