Your ability to connect with the community and create a welcoming atmosphere is essential for this role. You are adaptable and can manage varying hours based on the studio's schedule and needs.
What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing front desk support and ensuring a smooth check-in process. You will assist in generating sales by promoting memberships and studio services, contributing to the overall growth of the business. Your role will involve administrative tasks that support the Head Coach and Community Manager, ensuring that the studio operates efficiently.
You will engage with clients to deliver a positive experience, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
