What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be responsible for providing front desk support, ensuring that clients have a positive experience from the moment they enter the studio. You will assist the Head Coach and Community Manager with administrative tasks, helping to keep operations running smoothly. Your role will involve engaging with clients, answering questions, and promoting studio offerings to drive sales. You will play a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction.
