What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be the first point of contact for clients at the studio, providing front desk support and ensuring a smooth check-in process. You will assist the Head Coach and Community Manager with administrative tasks and sales support, helping to drive studio promotions and sales initiatives. Your role will involve engaging with clients, answering inquiries, and fostering a positive experience that encourages repeat visits. You will also contribute to maintaining the studio's environment, ensuring it is welcoming and organized for all clients.
