What you'll do
As a Core Crew member, you will be responsible for front desk operations, ensuring that clients receive a warm welcome and assistance as needed. You will support the Head Coach and Community Manager with administrative tasks, helping to keep the studio running smoothly. Your role will also involve generating sales and promoting the studio's offerings to potential clients, contributing to the overall success of the business.
You will engage with clients, answering questions and providing information about classes and memberships. Your positive attitude and enthusiasm will help create an inviting atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all operational aspects of the studio are managed effectively, contributing to a seamless experience for everyone involved.
