You are someone who thrives in a fitness environment and is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. You possess the ability to think quickly and provide support to clients of differing skill levels, ensuring they feel empowered during their workouts. You understand the importance of personalized attention and accountability in a group setting, and you are committed to fostering a positive community atmosphere. While prior fitness teaching experience or certification is not required, your enthusiasm for fitness and helping others is essential.
What you'll do
As a Coach at Solidcore, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute, full-body, low-impact classes. Your primary responsibility will be to educate clients on the use of our resistance-based machines, guiding them through challenging workouts while providing motivation and support. You will be expected to create an inspiring environment where clients feel comfortable pushing their limits. Additionally, you will undergo Solidcore's comprehensive training program, which is designed to equip you with the skills necessary to succeed in this role. You will work closely with a small group of trainees, receiving individualized support and feedback from dedicated training managers.
