What you'll do

As a Coach/Core Crew Team Member at Solidcore, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute classes, focusing on full-body workouts that are low-impact yet intense. You will educate clients on the proper use of our resistance-based machines, ensuring they feel confident and safe during their workouts. Your role will involve providing motivation and support to clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals while fostering a sense of community within the class. You will participate in our selective training program, which emphasizes individualized support and feedback to help you grow as a coach.
