What you'll do
As a Coach at Solidcore, you will lead clients through our signature 50-minute full-body classes, focusing on low-impact workouts that utilize resistance-based machines. Your role will involve educating clients on proper machine usage and guiding them through challenging workouts while providing motivation and support. You will be responsible for creating an inspiring environment where clients feel comfortable pushing their limits and discovering their capabilities. You will also participate in our comprehensive training program, which is designed to equip you with the skills necessary to succeed in this role.
