What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on building your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will benefit from comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions, including no-shows. You will have the opportunity to participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and engage in peer consultations and ongoing professional development.

You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. This role offers complete flexibility, allowing you to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice arrangements that fit your schedule. You will be part of a team that prioritizes clinical excellence and invests in the growth of its providers.
