What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on building your psychiatric practice with strategic support from SonderMind. You will treat your practice as your primary professional priority, committing at least two days a week to practice growth. You will collaborate with dedicated coaches who will assist you in matching with clients to build your ideal caseload. You will also benefit from free credentialing with major insurers, including exclusive Medicare and Medicare Advantage access.

You will maintain complete control over your treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. Your responsibilities will include managing your schedule flexibly, whether through office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice. You will engage in ongoing professional development and peer consultations to ensure clinical excellence.
