You are a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Wyoming with at least two years of clinical and prescribing experience. You are seasoned in your field and possess a strong desire to grow your practice. You are comfortable with the idea of dedicating at least two days a week to practice growth and are eager to engage in ongoing professional development. You value clinical autonomy and are ready to maintain control over your treatment decisions while benefiting from comprehensive business support.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will receive comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed bi-weekly payments for completed sessions, including no-shows. You will have the opportunity to participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and engage in peer consultations to enhance your clinical excellence.

You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice arrangements, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a focus on practice growth, developing your patient base, and ensuring high-quality care for your clients. You will also be expected to invest in the foundational elements of your practice, which are essential for building a sustainable and thriving business.
