What you'll do

As the Business Operations Director, you will serve as the CEO’s trusted right-hand executor, representing his vision and energy to the team and the public. You will lead critical projects, including retail expansion and fulfillment operations, ensuring that they align with Spacecurve's philosophy and business goals. Your role will involve collaborating with elite designers, engineers, and marketers to create innovative product experiences and marketing strategies that set Spacecurve apart from competitors.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This includes identifying areas for improvement, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation. You will also mentor and advise the CEO based on your operational wisdom, drawing from your experiences in founding or growing startups. Your ability to inspire and motivate teams will be crucial in driving the success of Spacecurve's initiatives.
