Who you are
You have a proven track record in leading recruiting strategies and operations, ideally within fast-paced startup environments. Your ability to quickly understand the unique needs of various fields—such as industrial design, software, fashion, and ecommerce—sets you apart. You are adept at crafting effective recruiting strategies and managing talent pipelines, ensuring that only the best candidates are brought on board. Your experience in maintaining a network of elite recruiters allows you to attract top talent efficiently. You are hyper-aware of potential problems in the hiring pipeline and possess the skills to address these challenges swiftly, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with teams and leads to advise on recruiting strategies that align with the company's mission. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate the value of the roles you are filling, making the recruitment process engaging for candidates. You are passionate about creating superior product experiences and understand how the right talent contributes to this goal.
What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead the recruiting strategy and operations across Spacecurve's portfolio companies. You will craft and advise on effective recruiting strategies, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing talent pipelines and maintaining relationships with elite recruiters to attract top talent. You will also be responsible for identifying and correcting issues in the hiring pipeline that may hinder the recruitment of elite candidates. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the recruiting process, ensuring that it is efficient and effective in meeting the needs of the organization.
You will work closely with the Creative Director and CEO to understand the unique requirements of each portfolio company, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs. Your role will involve not only strategic oversight but also hands-on involvement in the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates have a positive experience from application to onboarding. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand that attracts top talent across various industries.
