You have a proven track record of leading teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment — your experience includes managing staff, overseeing workflows, and ensuring adherence to production schedules. You are an inspiring leader who motivates your team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and safety in spacecraft assembly. Your ability to communicate effectively with both your team and engineering staff is crucial, as you will translate technical directives into actionable tasks for your technicians.

What you'll do
As the Build Supervisor, you will oversee the daily activities of a team of approximately 30 cleanliness technicians across multiple shifts. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating workflows to ensure that cleanliness standards are met before and after vehicle stacking. Your role will involve distributing labor resources effectively, prioritizing tasks based on production needs, and setting headcount requirements as necessary. You will work closely with the engineering team to implement technical directives and ensure that all cleanliness protocols are followed.
You will lead by example, often working side by side with your team to instill a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Your responsibilities will include monitoring shop floor activity, managing performance-related tasks, and fostering a positive work environment. You will also play a key role in driving progress on production critical path schedules, ensuring that all milestones are achieved in a timely manner.
