What you'll do

As a Construction Superintendent at SpaceX, you will oversee the day-to-day management of construction projects at Starbase. You will lead a team of laborers and contractors, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing construction site logistics, managing resources, and maintaining job site cleanliness. You will enforce safety policies and drive a culture of safety among all team members and contractors.

You will coordinate daily operations, including deliveries and staging of materials, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your role will involve conflict resolution and daily field coordination to address any issues that arise on-site. You will also be responsible for maintaining construction assets and ensuring that all equipment is properly managed and utilized.
