What you'll do
As an Executive Assistant at SpaceX, you will coordinate meetings and manage schedules for team members, ensuring that all appointments are organized and efficient. You will perform administrative duties involving various software tools, including typing letters, creating and updating spreadsheets, and compiling presentations. Your role will also involve project management, where you will help maintain momentum on high-priority projects, including staffing and resource planning.
You will manage site visits by team members and external stakeholders, ensuring an excellent experience by handling visitor security information and reserving meeting spaces. Additionally, you will provide general support for various departments, including Sales and Satellite Policy, and help organize and attend events. Your contributions will be vital in creating a well-organized and efficient work environment that supports SpaceX's mission to explore the stars.
